Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Refunds will only be accepted for products that are damaged upon arrival.
Ensure you have read the protocol that is linked on our website to see if the tubes fit your needs. Please note refunds are not accepted for change of mind or due to failure to read the protocol prior to purchase.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect the product and process you’re refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Exceptions:
If the return is initiated after 7-day window, a refund will not be eligible. We encourage our customers to test the product within 7 calendar days of receipt to ensure it meets their needs.
Damaged or Contaminated Products:
If the product has arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a free replacement, regardless of its expiration date.
Non-refundable Fees:
Please be aware that shipping, freight, service charges, oversize fees, or any other associated fees are non-refundable.
