XCELL THERAPY

What is XCell Therapy?

XCell therapy is a revolutionary treatment that uses blood-derived cells to promote healing. It can treat many illnesses and enhance appearance and wellbeing.

The cells are harvested from a vein, similar to donating blood. After being processed in the lab, the isolated and activated cells can be injected intravenously or into a site of injury. As XCell therapy uses only your own blood cells, there is minimal risk of allergic or foreign-body reactions.

What does the process involve?

Initial consult

A pre-treatment consultation is used to check suitability and discuss treatment goals. If travelling far for therapy, this consult can be done by video or phone conference.

Pre-treatment blood test

Blood tests are required to confirm that there are no health problems that make you unsuitable for treatment.

Blood tests can be done in your home town if you are travelling for treatment.

Morning: Blood extraction

You will need to fast for 8 hours before we harvest your blood. XCell cells take a few hours to be isolated from your blood and activated. No chemical additives or cell cultures are involved.

Afternoon: Injections

Your XCell cells will be ready for injection after a few hours. A by-product called platelet poor plasma (PPP) is isolated during the filtration process. PPP is a substance rich in growth factors which can also be given back to you via injection.

How does it work?

XCell therapy releases concentrated and activated cells that induce healing and promote regeneration. When these cells are injected into your bloodstream, they exhibit a homing capacity which means that they travel to where they are needed.
