PRP Treatment Package Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a PRP Treatment Package from Surecell, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable
   All PRP treatment packages are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for change of mind, unused sessions, partial use, or failure to complete the package.
    

2. Non-Transferable
   PRP treatment packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named at the time of purchase. Sessions cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person.
    

3. Cosmetic PRP Only
   These packages apply to cosmetic PRP treatments only. They do not apply to medical, musculoskeletal, sexual health, or any other non-cosmetic PRP services unless otherwise stated in writing by Surecell.
    

4. Signature Regrowth Experience Package
   For the Signature Regrowth Experience, each session must be taken as a combined treatment that includes:
    

   • Hair PRP
      

   • Red Light Therapy
      

   • Scalp Microneedling
      

5. These components are part of one integrated session and cannot be separated, substituted, split across different appointments, or redeemed individually.
    

6. Package Inclusions
   Each package is limited to the inclusions specifically listed at the time of purchase. No substitutions, exchanges, or modifications are available unless approved by Surecell.
    

7. Booking and Attendance
   All treatments are subject to appointment availability. Clients are responsible for booking and attending their sessions within the timeframe advised by the clinic.
    

8. Suitability for Treatment
   All PRP treatments are subject to clinical suitability and consultation. Purchase of a package does not guarantee treatment if, in the opinion of the treating practitioner, the treatment is not appropriate or clinically indicated.
    

9. Missed or Cancelled Appointments
   Standard clinic cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
    

10. Pricing and Promotions
    Package pricing is valid only as advertised at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
     

11. Right to Amend
    Surecell reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
     

Australian Consumer Law
These terms and conditions are subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
