A Hub for Health, Family, and Connection

ree

We’re more than a medical clinic—we’re a close-knit community that values health, connection, and family. One beautiful example of this is our nurse, Rana, and her family, who are an integral part of our day-to-day life at the clinic.

Rana has been with Surecell for 11 years and continues to inspire us with her dedication to patient care. She’s currently furthering her qualifications to become a registered physiologist, continuing her mission to help people live healthier lives.

Upstairs from our clinic is Malvern Martial Arts, where Rana’s husband Joel coaches Muay Thai and boxing. A former health and PE teacher with a degree in exercise and sport science, Joel is a seasoned professional fighter with over 20 fights and titles including Victorian Amateur Boxing Champion and National Muay Thai Champion. With 20+ years of experience, he now trains both kids and adults in martial arts.

Their two young boys are also part of the action, attending martial arts classes right upstairs—making Malvern Health and Fitness into more than a workplace, but a space where the whole family grows together.

Whether you're visiting for a medical consultation or heading upstairs for martial arts, we're proud to offer a space where families feel supported, welcomed, and truly at home.

The concept of creating a hub for health, family, and connection is truly inspiring. It's essential to provide a supportive environment where individuals can access care and feel a sense of community. The idea of integrating these values with a focus on senior care is something that resonates deeply with me. https://seniorcarehomes.com/ is a great resource for anyone looking to find trusted care options for elderly loved ones. Their dedication to offering personalized services that enhance the quality of life for seniors is exactly what families need. It’s a reminder of how important it is to choose the right care facility for our loved ones.

I really like how this piece highlights the importance of bringing health, family, and connection together - it shows how deeply our well-being is linked to the people and spaces around us. One aspect often overlooked is quality sleep, which is vital for both mental and physical health. For those who struggle with nighttime breathing, exploring sleep apnea treatment without cpap can be a life-changing option, offering comfort while supporting healthier daily living.
